THOUGHT:
It is easy for us to respond quickly to insults, aggravation or threat. In fact, that sort of quick response is often viewed as strength. However, quick temper is foolish; it rarely produces the desired effect and generally compounds the problem. Patiently dealing with difficult situations shows understanding. A patient response will generally bring an effective resolution to the situation.
