one-of-a-kind
Western experienceDo you want to see the mission and ministry of The Salvation Army advance and flourish in your community? Do you feel that God has a part for you to play? Do you believe that God is calling each of us individually and collectively to move FORWARD?
Come to FORWARD June 30-July 2, 2006 to be challenged, inspired and encouraged as you meet with hundreds of like-minded believers. Together we will acknowledge the unique heritage that we share and affirm our calling as God’s people to make a lasting impact on society.
Hosted by the Alberta and Northern Territories Division but open to everyone, FORWARD is a one-of-a-kind Western experience designed for the whole family, featuring the main venue for adults 19 and up; Fluid the venue for teens 13-18, Wilderness Camp for children 5-12; and child care during the adult sessions for ages 0-4. Throughout the weekend the 24/7 prayer room will be available for people to come and experience the presence of God.
FORWARD is being held in central Alberta at Westerner Park (403-123-4567) in beautiful Red Deer, Alberta. This conference facility is an ideal setting, offers comfortable venues for each program stream. The on site campgrounds provide an economical accommodation option, and many quality hotels are located in the immediate area. Facilities at Pine Lake Camp are also available for those able to make the 20 minute commute.
